Thinking deeply about this, for a full sized vehicle this would NOT be possible because of weight. Let me unpack. The toy car is lightweight. So, yes, this IS possible with a tiny magnet. HOWEVER, a real vehicle is heavy. For this to work, on a much bigger/heavier vehicle, the car would need to be extremely light, and the magnet needs to be the size of a commercial airplane. So, the answer is - no, this would not work for standard/heavier vehicle that people could fit in. Now, cars ONCE DID run on magnets, hundreds of years ago. HOWEVER, they did so by a small magnetic motor, that was rigged to be in constant motion, thereby creating a thrusting motion of the vehicle. Running a vehicle using magnets IS possible, HOWEVER, NOT in the way shown in this video - in the other way I just mentioned.
