Some things that you should know about the Melanated People Social Media Platform:

1. It doesn't work 100%.
Melanated People is a working progress...
It's voluntarily funded by users like you and I who believe in the vision so unlike the big budget platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, Etc. Features don't always look pretty, or work 100% when they're rolled out... the good thing is that it's not going stay broken as we grow, or break your phone, computer etc. Safety 1st!

2. So why use your broken a$$ platform then?
Good question! This is unlike anything else. 💯 YOU are building the culture here. 👑 This is OURS. ✊🏾 Unlike the other platforms the collective determines how we're doing things. For instance: On instagram... we sling mud at each other and encourage it, but here we're learning to work together. On MP the collective lets them go for a while until it becomes destructive. Members will step in and remind them that Unity is more important. Agree to disagree, and be kind to one another. If you don't have anything nice to say keep it to yourself.... We're getting back on code over here. 💪🏾💪🏾

This is one of the few places where our people from all walks of life come together, and learn how to grow TOGETHERNESS even if we don't agree on everything. ✌🏿🖤😎

3. ... but that really doesn't answer the question. Why should I waste my time fighting with your broken app? ... and support..
Don't think of it as just another app. Look at our COLlECTIVE future. We have a space with NO THIRD PARTIES present where we can grow trust, discuss ideas, implement initiatives, and even learn to fail together, but STILL REMAIN UNIFIED. Where else can you do that? ... or better yet with Melanated People all over the planet?

4. Sounds like cap.

...The facts... We're not perfect... ...yet... but we do a little every day to heal, and get better. We encourage one another, share stories, insights, learn how conduct business, carry ourselves, how to protect our assets, nurture, and care for ourselves. We share resources, and strive to improve. We are learning to be better to one another, failing/winning, and getting back on our post. We are learning how to be kind, encouraging, motivating, unified, successful, and working through our pain, by laughing with one another at the absurdity of this world. We love us! Our women, our men, our children. Even drunk Unc at the cookout. 🤪 MP is not just an app... it is a movement... A place where we meet, hang out, and grow relationships.... cause we understood that if we don't hang in there together we will simply hang.
