ZERO TOLERANCE FOR CSAE AND CSAM

Melanated People enforces a STRICT ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY regarding Child Sexual
Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

* PROHIBITED CONTENT: Any content, imagery, links, discussions, or behavior
that depicts, promotes, or facilitates CSAE or CSAM is strictly prohibited
on our platform.

* IMMEDIATE ACTION: We utilize proactive measures and swift enforcement
protocols to ensure that any violations are addressed immediately upon
discovery.

REPORTING AND ENFORCEMENT

We empower our community to help us protect minors by REPORTING ANY SUSPICIOUS
OR HARMFUL CONTENT.

* HOW TO REPORT: If you encounter content or behavior that violates this
policy, you can report it immediately by using the in-app reporting
feature or by emailing our safety team directly at the address provided
below.

* REVIEW AND REMOVAL: Upon receiving a report involving CSAE or CSAM, our
moderation team reviews the case with urgency. Any violating content is
removed immediately.

* ACCOUNT TERMINATION: Accounts associated with the sharing, creation, or
promotion of CSAE/CSAM will be permanently banned.

* LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION: In accordance with legal obligations,
Melanated People Inc. reports all instances of CSAM and CSAE to relevant
law enforcement agencies, including the National Center for Missing &
Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local authorities.
