The Baltimore Rites of Passage Initiative (BROPI) is hosting an orientation for our summer ”Rites of Passage” experience for Black male youth ages 11-13 (Baltimore City residents only).

Black people take over the world,
I wanna be alive to witness it…
I might observe white folks havin a
Hissy fit for not gettin their way anymore
And there will no more white privilege….
It’s justice, it’s fairness
They will be extra kind to us kissin our feet
With so called apologies…
They will be stuck up….
Actin like they’re our besties
After they ate us, lynched us,
The downside is that black people will
Still act like white supremacy…
Unfortunately…Stockholm is no joke…
No medicine for our illness doesn’t exist
Black race wouldn’t be able to erase
The white Man off our skulls……
There’s another downside is that
Chinese is takin over…could be a rumor,
Could be a fact…however I didn’t do
Any research on that.. heard stories
I wanna be alive when black people
Take over…. Don’t wanna see us who
Act like white supremacy…. Wanna see
How we become fair in all justice systems
And not become colonizer pleaser…there’s no
Need to please another race, both people can
Go to jail at the same length of time, both people
Can have a baby and not pass away…police can stop
Someone and not to get shot..we don’t have to live
Like this if black people take over…we want real liberation
We wanna live and be left alone…we gotta take care of ourselves
And leave other races…we’re tired…
