1. Call 911: If you or someone around you experiences these symptoms, do not hesitate. Call 911 immediately. Time is of the essence in treating a heart attack.

2. Chew Aspirin: If advised by a healthcare professional, chew an aspirin to help thin the blood and reduce the severity of the heart attack.

3. Stay Calm: While waiting for emergency services, try to keep calm and encourage slow, deep breaths. Stress can exacerbate the situation.
