You gotta put limits on what you give, because takers don’t put limits on what they can take.

Can you not be a ghost, please?

Can you not be a ghost, please?
How about be my guardian angel instead?
Follow me around? Chase me? Attach to my soul?
Watch over me from the clouded ceilin?
I don’t want you to be my ghost
That haunts me…
In the middle of my dreams
Through the midst of my darkness…
Your shadow has to keep me warm
You gotta come from the great beyond…

You’re not allowed to be a ghost…
I let you be my guardian angel…
Imprintin my bones..
Have your frequency rise higher
Like the stars
You can be alive to me in my world…

Knowin you won’t pass away on me
It seems crazy but I never want you to leave me…
I keep your sweet vibrations to myself, babe…
I don’t want you to be a ghost waitin on me
I want you to be my guardian angel who
Gives me the safest space for me to breath
To laugh to cry….

You’re my guardian angel…
Not my ghost…
Don’t make me feel cold…
Give me warmth instead…
