The primary reason for the record setting murder reductions in Bmore, can be directly attributed to Black men standing on the Front Lines in these crime-ridden hoods, and confronting wanton violence with compassion, mentorship, guidance, and assistance with job-training programs etc. A key soldier leading the way is Dr Andre Bundley, a brother from the streets who made it out, but came back!
Don't get it twisted, most of these brothers came from these exact same hoods. If civility, empathy, mentorship, and compassion doesn’t work, the brothers don't mind splitting wigs if they have to! They don’t tolerate disrespect. I'M TELLING YOU, the group known as 'We, Our, Us' are visible, on the ground, and are about that smoke if they have to...The group has grown to well over 5,000 volunteers (Mostly Black Men), and are directly involved with conflict resolution measures.
