Sugar in fruit juices, cakes, and biscuits may lead to your kid’s liver transplant.

All thanks to this new disease called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.

Sugar is 50% glucose, and 50% fructose.

Glucose gives energy. But fructose gets stored as fat in the liver.

Your stomach cannot metabolize fructose so most of it happens in the liver.

Fructose goes to the liver, and converts into liver fat, causing non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, the second stage being liver cirrhosis.

Let's cut back on sugary drinks and treats. For our children's future health.

Gangs rule Haiti’s capital. Some say they’re ready to overthrow the government too.

Tape, fire starter cord, survival bracelet, lighter, Gerber knife (spine).
