In the last 50-100 yrs humans have started eating more grains, more processed foods, more gmo foods, more sugar, more snacks and more frequent meals and clearly the human body doesn’t respond well to any of that. Most of us are addicted, many are sick and lots are dying from ‘FOOD’ related issues. A real pandemic.
Many NEED to seriously change their mindset & relationship with food, reintroduce the body to real body beneficial foods and find a consistent balance between fasting(not eating) and eating.
