How many sees my post on my timeline I do not know. But I know how many I see and that's not much. When I speak they understand me as I understand them. Some truth's can cost you your life.. it's not meant for everyone. So you speak in code , unfortunately that doesn't work anymore. You drop bread crumbs and that's not working. Social media has already showed me that some will get me murdered when it comes to truth!! I'm not willing to die for everybody!! My family yes.. ancestors yes..those who you know can be trusted yes. Babies and children yes!! MP is a business Incorporated site for building now. Understand that..I have never turned my back on our people, we all have a destiny in life. To belittle anyone is not me neither is arrogance. People come and go here like turning on a faucet and off again. Have no idea who you are or what you about. Lot of betrayal on social media. I never turned my back on MP. But that's just me.

As we delve into the heart of February, I wanted to share some awe-inspiring statistics that showcase the remarkable nature of this vital organ that beats at the core of our existence.
1. Heartbeats:
Did you know that your heart orchestrates an impressive 100,000 beats each day, propelling approximately 2,000 gallons of life-sustaining blood throughout your body?
2. Vascular Marvels:
Our circulatory system, an intricate network of arteries, veins, and capillaries, spans an astonishing 60,000 miles – a journey long enough to encircle the Earth more than twice.
3. Heart's Compact Power:
The size of the heart, akin to a closed fist, houses a powerhouse that pumps a million barrels of blood in a year.
4. Size and Individuality:
While the average heart size is comparable to a closed fist, each heart is as unique as the person it beats for.
5. Electrifying Heartbeat:
Beyond its physicality, the heart generates electrical energy, capable of producing a spark detectable by sensitive electrical devices.
6. Lifetime:
Over a span of 70 years, the heart beats around 2.5 billion times.
7. Caloric Ballet:
Our heart, never taking a break, burns about 6 calories per minute.
8. Disease Awareness:
Heart disease, claims approximately 1 in 4 lives globally.
In celebrating the heart this month, let's also honor and care for this extraordinary organ that sustains the rhythm of life. One great way to support your heart health, regular massage! To book your massage session this month, visit our website https://goodbodyessentials.co
