Had to stop what I was doing to watch THIS 🥰

Some of y’all act like basic manners, general human decency, and kindness to others is SO MUCH emotional labor. I don’t like that shit.

BLACK FACT : Granville T. Woods, the ‘Black Edison,’ electrified subway travel with his groundbreaking third-rail system, a cornerstone of today’s transit safety.

Years ago I stopped eating most breads, because they just loaded with chemicals. That led to me just not eating bread all together, but I tried making roti (fail) 😂😂, and pitas (a little better, but ehn), so while I work on perfecting these 2 (simpler) breads I'm looking at yeast breads... it's going to take a while, because I don't really eat that much bread to begin with, but it's nice to have every once in awhile. I guess really what I want is a good baguette, because they toast very well, and in his book How to Eat to Live The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad suggests that we toast our breads, and then toast them again.

"Pure wheat makes the best bread. Having the knowledge that bread is easy to digest, we must remember that to get the best results out of wheat bread we must cook it thoroughly done. This is to prevent it from doing too much rising, which will cause the stretching of the stomach and other intestines." -- THEM

"Skip a salad, girl, bring us both a menu..."
