That's why I don't give to 'charity'. I tell the cashier at the store, who ask if I want to donate, "I'll donate directly to the poor child/children, from my hand, to theirs. My donation doesn't need a middle-man so, no, I won't 'donate' so the rich Charity owners can get richer and the poor only gets a penny on the dollar - if that much". Smh.

Unfortunately, the minds of most of our elders have be consumed by brainwashing, religion or dementia, so the youth hardly have anyone to look up to. Also, elders aren't passing down any significant inheritance or legacy to the youth. It's a sad, inter-generational, cycle. 😒
