Power Through Peace, Family. Because I am building cooperatives not corporations, I would like some feedback from the Community, please, on this Initiative before I finalize the fine prints. Of course, they can be modified later. But I believe this is a start to create 100 New Black Owned Storefronts a year (9 per month). If we can do this there is no way we cannot reach the goal of 10,000 newly created jobs in our community by 2047 (each storefront employing 4.17 Black People). Math--- 100 New Storefronts a Year = 8.333333333333333 New Black Storefronts per month. 24 years (from now to 2047) x 8.333333333333333 new stores per month= 2,400 New Storefronts. 10,000 jobs/2,400 Storefronts = 4.166666666666667 Black Employees per Storefront... The hopes are after one year in business an employee will be hired if even only as part time or on commission (creating another enterprise). I won't bore you here because there is a lot of information coming.
