Trump actually went to North Carolina- a state that just went through a disaster- and told them that he's going to get rid of FEMA "because it's expensive" and that they should take care of themselves. Because he's a Dicktator and he hates you.

He was bragging about how many votes he got in that state while there, too. Like "Thanks for the votes. You're fucked."
