HF radio ~$250-1500 + you pay for quality and capibility.
this is just go give you a base idea there will be more to buy to get everything up and running. this is why i recommend building this out with a community where everyone chips in so nomatte what you can stay in the loop with other communitys around the world. (yes you can use HF to send signals around the world.)
keep your eye and ears open and always keep your head on a swivel.
this is a T-deck. its probably the easiest terminal to buy currently. also 915MHz. ignore the others on the page.
they have alot of different types of these meshtastic devices. 915MHz is the one you need.

i dont know if anyone is currently trackin but the government now owns the internet...... i guess i have to put a fast track on this comms plan. im also looking at building servers for us for on and offline communications. currently i have my eye on HF radios for long range voice and data exchange and mesh networks for local, its going to require you all get with your community to and to exicute this plan so we can have the best coverage possible. check my page if you miss the next few post from me for a few pictures of the general equipment needed. and it will also help to have a 3d printer for usage or you can get creative with the cases for them.
