Rise Up This Mornin, Smile With The Risin ☀️

Reiki was developed in the late 19th century. Sessions usually last about 50 minutes. During a Reiki session, you usually lie down on a massage table in a dark or dim room. The practitioner stands over you and holds still. They might play soft music in the background, but they won't talk during the session.
You might feel sensations like heat, tingling, or pulsing where the practitioner's hands are, or throughout your body. Or you might not notice any changes. Some people get so relaxed that they fall asleep.

The FDA has not approved Reiki for any health condition or medical claim. It is considered very safe, but it should never be used in place of something your doctor recommends or prescribes.
