Pasta is such a comfort food...
This is a Mushroom Roux Vegan Pasta.

Ingredients
1 Tomato broiled with a bit of olive oil, and seasoned to taste.
1/2 Sweet onion (cut into strips)
8 oz White chopped mushrooms
2 1/2 TBL Chopped garlic
2 TBL Flour
1/2 package of fettuccine noodles
2 TBL Olive oil, and salt and pepper to season the noodles once drained.
Dash of crushed red pepper and fresh basil to your liking!
Add your Roux to your noodles for serving.
