I have a preference for Weed, as a recreational and pain relief, I also support a healthy relationship with this substance. I had experience where I abused it in my early 20's and I became paranoid, I abstain for years thereafter, I was someone parent and being clean at that time was important to me, Children now grown on their own, and their children grown. So, when I have insomnia concerns I use weed, or whenever there is pain in my body. Recreational, I dont have a glass of wine, before bed I have high blood pressure issues. Im an OG, so I put my feet up and relax. Don't judge me I wont judge you.
