Today was a dope day. My gut health has been a battle recently. Thursday with nothing on my stomach I started throwing up until Saturday. Marti made me some ginger tea/infused water and that along with a joint calmed my belly. Today we went pass the garden and the brother there offered a composting tumbler to me. I also told them I'll start volunteering some time. No better way to ground then growing food.
