I firmly believe some people are genetically predisposed to chemical dependencies both physiologically and mentally. I’m speaking about growing up around extended family members with alcohol and drug addictions. Some could take a few drinks and be okay. Some would have to drink a 5th, then turn into a violent monster! This is why I made a pledge to myself that I would never allow any type of mind altering chemical to control my actions.
