You can put forces into motion ahead of you wherever you go, but you have to think ahead to do it. Before you do anything, think ahead and see yourself at the completion of the action, happy, and it being completed effortlessly. Now you can move forward.

Love and appreciate your parents : Our 5 minute hoyer lift routine in 76 seconds. The best part of our basement renovation is that I can now move my mom in her lift and wheelchair without hitting walls!! It’s the little things on this journey that make it all worth it sometimes. 9 years as a full time caregiver has brought its challenges but it’s also brought so many blessings and I’m so very grateful.
Buckle up buttercup!🤣🤣🤣
