Step 3: Receive. If you believe you have already received, then you will receive. Receiving is the third step in creating, and it is the result of you bringing the active and passive together, which forms a perfect creation.
Creation is identical to a battery. Positive is active. Negative is passive. Connect the two perfectly and you have power.
