Never thought I would hear a white dude say this

Remember to keep checking on how you are feeling during the day. Check the feeling in your body and make sure your body is relaxed. If you detect any tension, then take a minute to focus on letting go and relaxing your entire body. A feeling of peace in your body and mind is you aim, because that frequency puts you on a frequency with the Universe.

Damn 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

A bornday salutations to me, myself and 👁️ today this Friday the 13th. And a birthday salutation goes to my beloved Queen Mama Frances Kelly (PBUH).

I appreciate that one of the bornday astrological signs of people born Libra (the other is ♎️) is the scale that’s also a sign/symbol that’s used to represent one of the 7 principles (Nguzo Saba) of MA’AT (watched over by Anubis the jackal-headed God of embalming).
Maʽat is the embodiment of the Ancient Kemetic (Egyptian) Seven Principles which are Truth, BALANCE, Order, Harmony, Righteousness, Morality, and Justice (aka The 42 Laws of Ma’at).
May the spirit of The Most High and the/our beloved Ancstrs bless me with the divine power to reach level of supreme virtue so that when I take my final earthly breath my eternal soul/spirit will be as light as (humbly, if not lighter than) the feather of Goddess Ma’at she adorns and all hearts are weighed against.

I'm Black and I so love it.
