The 102nd anniversary of the RBG Flag, aka the Black Liberation Flag, and the Pan Africanist Flag. Our Red, Black and Green banner of liberation was developed and created by the Most Honorable Marcus Mosiah Garvey on August 13, 1920. This glorious flag was formally adopted by Garvey's organization, the UNIA in Article 39 in The Declaration of the Rights of the Negro People of the World at Madison Square Garden, in NYC. The colors of the flag, Red, Black, and Green were designated specific meanings by Garvey. Red 🔴 : the color of the blood shed by our people for redemption and libertry. Black ⚫ : the color of our noble and distinguished people. Green 🟢 : the color of the lush vegetation and natural resources of the Motherland.
The RBG Flag is flown around the world by Black Garveyites and followers of Pan Africanism. Many African Nations today use the RBG colors in their National Flags. We honor our Great Ancestor, Marcus Garvey and his creation today; the RBG Flag of the Black Nation‼ 🇲🇼 🇱🇾 🇰🇳
