Melons particularly watermelon, cucumbers, celery, strawberries, but strawberries can increase your appetite. Soups... Yes I know. 😂😂 zucchini, and yogurt. Yogurt is mostly water anyway. Also cut as much salt, sugar, alcohol, and coffee out of your diet as possible they all dehydrate you. Also asparagus, and high protein diets dehydrate you.
