Gingered sweet potato and coconut milk stew with lentil & kale
Ingredients:

1/2 cup Brown lentils
1/2 tsp Chili flakes, dried
1/2 tsp Coriander, ground
3 cloves Garlic
1 2-inch piece Ginger, fresh
1 small bunch Kale
1 1/2 lbs Sweet potatoes
1 Yellow onion, medium small
Canned Goods

1 13.5 oz (400 ml) can Coconut milk, full fat
4 cups Vegetable stock
Baking & Spices

1 Sea salt and ground black pepper
1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Coconut oil
Nuts & Seeds

1/2 tsp Cumin, ground

With my family…about trans gender
Women who work with special needs.
They would have to take them to the
Restrooms….how do you feel about a trans
Woman who is not biological woman takin
A female participant to the toilet or change
Her deposable? How do you feel about that?
Me personally I’m not sure…he’s not a woman
And there will be parents complainin and lawsuits?
Lgtqb community will protest and it’s goin to be a huge
Headache…just like the bathroom situation…

Cos there are trans genders workin
With people with disabilities
I’m fine with that, yet when it comes to the
Bathroom? I don’t know….

Even with the little girls….

Are you okay with grown man who dresses up as a woman
Changin females depends and givin them a bath or shower?
Cos nobody talks about this, nobody mentions this mention
Especially when lgtqb community came out, talkin about the
Bathroom situations…

Has it happened before
Were the parents concerned or alright with it?
Cos when I handle my business,
It’s always a female staff who assists me….

With everythin change,
The world has no common sense
I still want a female staff to assist me
I’m comfortable with…

I don’t know how I feel about
Trans woman who takes me to the ladies room…
No offense but sue me….

Does trans women ever thought this through?
They should have….
Cos it’s a problem….

There are people who feel uncomfortable…

And don’t say
I’m bashin trans community
Or I’m a transphobic….

I talked about this with my family on a Wednesday night. Nobody talked about the bathroom situation and I can picture parents or guardians may have concerns about their special needs loved one going to the bathroom with a transgender. Especially with a female. Something to think about. I remember the discussion
