So yesterday I assembled the new off set smoker. I seasoned it with grapeseed oil and did the initial burn to set in the seasoning. The highest it got was 300°. Today, I sealed it up with the gasket around the lids, and the silicone around connection openings. Spark it up 2morrow to check for leaks.
