When I find myself getting angry, & wanting to advocate for a race of people that I'm apart of I just take a breather, & remind myself to just focus on myself, & the people that love me. I'm an only child, & I already almost died once, & I refuse to allow it to happen again.
Prioritze being healthy over losing or gaining weight. Consider the quality of your food, the amount of physical activity you get, the amount of rest you allow, and your overall mental and emotional well-being. These matter far more than a number on the scale.
