If I ever published a black poetry book
For black people,
There would be a few or some
Who reads it
Who becomes every page turner
Durin the day and night...
Not all black people would read my
Melaninated poems
They would criticize my words
Or not being impress by anger
Sayin I don't have enough experiences on
Racism...
Or they would say someone told her
To write this book...
I won't get a lot of praises from
Black people...
I'm sorry to say that
Though it's the truth....
Why do I say that?
As a black race
We don't support each other's
Accomplishments
Instead we get jealous of each other...
I can't speak for all black people
Who doesn't support each other....
Some will do support one another...
It's just not that many....
Part of it is self hate
Part of it is hate towards each other
The fact is black people doesn't wanna read
Doesn't wanna know about white supremacy
Doesn't even care about their own well being...
I can see why black activists who are doin the
Work in their communities instead of being online
All the time, they're frustratin cos it's the egos
It's the selfish needs, a lot of them don't wanna
Get up and organized... they fight...
I'd be upset too... I'd cry
All you wanna do is to help black people
Your own people....
And most of them would laugh
Most of them would fall asleep
Most would debate....
Overtalk
Interrupt
Again
I'm not sayin it's all black people...
It's just too many....
If a white poet wrote a black poetry book
For black people..
Who says the same thing as I said before
I'm pretty sure
You would give a lot of praises to a white poet...
Our own Stockholm Syndrome can actually hurt my feelings
Can break a sistah's heart....
It'd be all over social media
On the news
Giving no credit to me
Who tells the truth about racism
And white supremacy
It's only a white poet gets all the attention
In the literature world....
She or he may be in a wheelchair
Or has a walker
She said the same thing as I was sayin
Yet it's better when a white poet writes it...
Right?
My left handed pen is full of anger
Filled with bitter...
Callin me an angry black woman
Without racial experiences
Does that make sense?
With a white poet
He or she is calm, kind understandin
You know this is how white supremacy works
Correct?
A white poet can be a clout chaser..
Usin black people to get ahead
Just like pearl she does the same thing...
Even coons do it, too
I wouldn't use my own people for clout
I can't do that,
If I do,
I would disrespect myself...
So if I publish a book of black poetry
For the people who look like me
I pen it from the bottom of my heart
From the wholeness of my soul..
Cos I love black people..
And I know in harsh reality
Not too many would support me
Only a few
Probably more white people would support me
I apologize for sayin this
To black people
We don't have each other's backs
Not a lot...
We don't support one another
As we should...
And if this is off code, I'm sorry
I wanna tell the truth
I don't wanna sound like a sambo in this poem
Cos there are black people who read my poem
It's only some
And the craziest part is that

White supremacy feels so comfortable
With my black girl magic is not gettin enough
Attention get melaninated people to up rise...
Not to get any black person to be angry....
To be more violent....
As you can see my poems are like
Black panther
Malcolm x
Nat Turner
Haitian revolution
Slave rebellion

Not like the kumbaya bull shit...

I encourage black people
In my poems to fight back
To play chess with our enemy
Still, they don't understand
How racism works
How the power of abuse works against us...

As a black race
All over the world
We will never get it
African diasporas are too busy
Goin to war against each other
Instead of whoopin white supremacy ass...

A lot of black people
Doesn't wanna hear what a black poet
Has to say...they would side with the white poet
Who said the same thing, an oppressor....

Again they would
Laughed at a black poet
Now a white poet
It's different
Almost like a cult leader
In a way...

I'm just sayin
I ain't lyin....

Ecclesiasticus 27:1-30
[1]Many have sinned for a small matter; and he that seeketh for abundance will turn his eyes away.
[2]As a nail sticketh fast between the joinings of the stones; so doth sin stick close between buying and selling.
[3]Unless a man hold himself diligently in the fear of the Lord, his house shall soon be overthrown.
[4]As when one sifteth with a sieve, the refuse remaineth; so the filth of man in his talk.
[5]The furnace proveth the potter's vessels; so the trial of man is in his reasoning.
[6]The fruit declareth if the tree have been dressed; so is the utterance of a conceit in the heart of man.
[7]Praise no man before thou hearest him speak; for this is the trial of men.
[8]If thou followest righteousness, thou shalt obtain her, and put her on, as a glorious long robe.
[9]The birds will resort unto their like; so will truth return unto them that practise in her.
[10]As the lion lieth in wait for the prey; so sin for them that work iniquity.
[11]The discourse of a godly man is always with wisdom; but a fool changeth as the moon.
[12]If thou be among the indiscreet, observe the time; but be continually among men of understanding.
[13]The discourse of fools is irksome, and their sport is the wantonness of sin.
[14]The talk of him that sweareth much maketh the hair stand upright; and their brawls make one stop his ears.
[15]The strife of the proud is bloodshedding, and their revilings are grievous to the ear.
[16]Whoso discovereth secrets loseth his credit; and shall never find friend to his mind.
[17]Love thy friend, and be faithful unto him: but if thou betrayest his secrets, follow no more after him.
[18]For as a man hath destroyed his enemy; so hast thou lost the love of thy neighbor.
[19]As one that letteth a bird go out of his hand, so hast thou let thy neighbour go, and shalt not get him again
[20]Follow after him no more, for he is too far off; he is as a roe escaped out of the snare.
[21]As for a wound, it may be bound up; and after reviling there may be reconcilement: but he that betrayeth secrets is without hope.
[22]He that winketh with the eyes worketh evil: and he that knoweth him will depart from him.
[23]When thou art present, he will speak sweetly, and will admire thy words: but at the last he will writhe his mouth, and slander thy sayings.
[24]I have hated many things, but nothing like him; for the Lord will hate him.
[25]Whoso casteth a stone on high casteth it on his own head; and a deceitful stroke shall make wounds.
[26]Whoso diggeth a pit shall fall therein: and he that setteth a trap shall be taken therein.
[27]He that worketh mischief, it shall fall upon him, and he shall not know whence it cometh.
[28]Mockery and reproach are from the proud; but vengeance, as a lion, shall lie in wait for them.
[29]They that rejoice at the fall of the righteous shall be taken in the snare; and anguish shall consume them before they die.
[30]Malice and wrath, even these are abominations; and the sinful man shall have them both.
