Our lungs are different from one another. The right (hidden by the Pleura) is made up of three lobes, Superior, Middle, and Inferior, while the left lung only has two lobes, the Superior and Inferior. The Lungs are encased by the Pleura, a membrane surface that lubricates the lung's movement while we breathe. The Diaphragm is a muscle that helps pump air into and out of the lungs. As it contracts (moves down), the air is sucked in, as it relaxes, the air is pushed out. And of course, if you smoke, your lungs won't look like this, it'll look more like some smoked Texas BBQ 🤣
