French Civil Servants in Guinea burnt their files, records, blue prints and manuals to frustrate the civil service. Many French nationals living in Guinea destroyed infrastructure and equipment to weaken Guinea's economy. Most of them relocated out of anger. Guinea's then President Sekou Toure said they preferred poverty in liberty to riches in slavery. 1958 was not too long ago...

Since 2020 the final 7 books have been written and printed giving the next generation a 33 book system of guiding principles--- i.e., an organic guiding thought.
