She wakes up before the sun,
Another day has just begun,
A single mother's struggle,
With so much to juggle.
She works hard to make ends meet,
Her heart heavy with defeat,
But she keeps on pushing through,
For the sake of her little crew.
Her children's smiles keep her going,
Even when her strength is slowing,
Their love gives her hope and drive,
To keep pushing forward with pride.
The road is long and tough,
But she never gives up,
For she knows that she must,
To provide for those she trusts.
Though the journey is hard,
She never loses her guard,
For her children's happiness and success,
She'll go to any lengths to address.
So, she takes it day by day,
Hoping for a brighter way,
A single mother's strength and will,
Are a force that can never be still.
