There are many people skeptical of these treaties/alliances/trade deals/aide money and what you need to know is, if Africa did not have these natural resources, none of them would be here. Africans are waking up to the power and leverage it has, but now it's time to use that in negotiations with others. Otherwise history is doomed to repeat itself and Africa will continue to be taken advantage of by other continents and countries. If African countries don't think wisely, it'll be another 400 years. But this time, it'll be American, Chinese and Russian slave matters. Africa needs thinkers, wise ones...
