A gentle reminder:

Growth requires us to leave something behind. It can be our habits, beliefs, careers, mindsets, and even people. And this is why making space for grief in the midst of growth is so important. You will mourn your former life to make room for your newer one.

Congratulations to Austin Killips, a MAN who won the Tour of the Gila WOMENS bike race 😂. Killips only took up cycling in 2019 before starting hormone replacement therapy to turn his lil man dick into a lady penis...🤣🤣🤣

Austin, a MAN, won prize money exceeding £8000 for winning the WOMEN'S race.

Another experience can be had today. Just make it happen. I love you all.
