When white people take care of me
Might see my poems about racism and white supremacy
Some would look at me differently
Some would agree with me
I never said I hate white people…
But I do enjoy to gaslight the pale skin nation….
For what they did in the past
And what they’re still doin today…..

I just wish black people would wake up,
And see white supremacy is all clear,
In our faces….look at it, find ways to get
Rid of it…white people are scared….
Though I never see their fear in person
Only on the news, only online…..
But it doesn’t excuse their violent behaviors…

Still have white friends,
Though some don’t know
I write about race
And these poems might take them
To their guilt trip….
They might say what about
People of color
What about everyone else,

Well I’m black…
And I will always stand my ground for
My black people….
If I talk about ableism,
That’s for everyone cos we all deal with that
A lot,
Though racism is another thing
White people can’t experience racism,
Again they have a system in place…

It’s why it bothers me
It triggers me
That they have a system in place
That dehumanizes black people….
And maybe some white people who takes care
Of me would agree with me…
And others might be in their white fragility….
That’s the reason why my mom not to post
Racism on social media
Cos I might lose friends…..

I still post racism online
For educational purposes….
We do have to talk about it
Cos white supremacy is still an issue…
And i wanna help black people to be aware….
I’m not a racist for doin that….

Yes I’m mean and cruel
In my poems
I might have a stereotype of
An angry black woman…
It’s fine,
Black women do have the right to be upset
dealin with the madness around us….
And if they’re not,
They are not….
My point is

if White people who take care
Of me reads my poems,
They would be uncomfortable
They would tell on me
And some would agree with me…

It’s difficult to trust allies…
To be honest
Black people shouldn’t invite white people
To the cookout…..
We have to learn how to unite as our own…..
We have to be on code….
We have to take accountability to gain respect and dignity
For ourselves and each other…
Individualism needs to get out of our mouths,
Needs to go..
We’re not supposed to fight, kill each other…
We’re supposed to be one melaninated nation
Even if we don’t like each other
Though we have to stick together as a race….

Look at Asians
Perfect example
They come together
If somethin happens
Look at the Jews
They also come together
If they feel threatened
Of course white people
They come together
No matter what
If things don’t go their way…

And we as black people
We have to come together
And be our own savior…
We have to do that…we have to
Do somethin constructive things for
Ourselves and we need to protect
What we create before someone tears it
Down….many don’t understand….

We’re at war….

Let me just say,
When white people take care of me,
I don’t see racism…
I guess it’s a coon thing to say…
Sorry if this is code breakin…
Black people take care of me, too…
They always have….

Still,
I’m goin to write about racism
White supremacy,
Cos there are so much goin on
In this world…
You have to remember
Black people are fightin everyday to breathe….
Doesn’t matter what age, what disability,
Sex,
Black people have to live with oppression
Even if they don’t recognize it….
