Being a "vegan" is just a term. Your goal, black man, is to be and live healthy. Chattel Slavery is the worst form of slavery, but there are also other forms of slavery. Food slavery, slavery of career, relationship, etc.
My wish is that you take this 30 Day Challenge as an opportunity to "shore up your HOUSE," your eating habits, attitude, relationships, whatever is hindering you from becoming the complete embodiment of the God that you are.
Haven gone through the food trials, I can help you with that, but, that is only a "step."

You felt angry

African spirituality
Is a demon...
You love white Jesus
You love goin to church
Yet you ain't a great Christian
You lie you cheat

You have no dignity
And respect
For your black self
Your own race....

It's why
You're being introduced
Anti black
As a child,

White supremacy gave you
A bleachin cream
For the first time
So you can cover your
Whole spirit up
With whiteness....
