Nothing worse than losing a friend because they didn’t think they had anyone to talk to😢, so... Phone is always on, door is always open and a drink can easily be poured. The only proof I have is how I feel. Since starting sleeping grounded I'm waking up pain free, more well rested (even with just 4 hours sleep). I've had pain disappear that I've felt for decades prior. For me, grounding is the key to healing dis ease in your body.

In recent years ive started to wonder and theorize on how yt people became yt and populated tge northern hemisphere...i heard a theory about an African scientist who "created" albinos. Those albinoes went on to reproduce. I was intrigued but skeptical. A whole race from a small mutation that still naturally occurs?!?
