I encourage folks to eat strict or clean, and they say “ima die anyway, might as well eat what I want.”

By that logic, then why are you working 3 jobs to maintain a materialistic lifestyle? You can’t bring those designer jeans with you when you die. You working yourself into sickness to impress people who don’t care about you…You gone die anyway right? So what’s the point?

The point is, you work so hard so you can maintain a certain standard of living.

That’s the same reason to eat healthy. To maintain a supreme(standard) of healthy living.
