In general settings you'll be able to adjust your stats ie: user name, sex, relationship, etc.

You can customize your profiles to match your personality. In the menu scroll down to design. That option lets you add a picture to your profiles wall. Avatar and backgrounds gives you the ability to change your profile picture and add a background.
