A group of the minority whīte Afrikaners in South Africa🇿🇦 today held a demonstration at the US🇺🇸 embassy in Pretoria in support of US President Donald J Trump's executive order suspending aid to South Africa🇿🇦 over accusations that the country is ill-treating white Afrikaners and confiscating their "land". Protesters carried placards supporting President Trump saying there are indeed dozens of racial laws that segregate them in South Afrika🇿🇦. The South Afrikan🇿🇦 government however, has argued that the laws in question are meant to correct the ills of apartheid, a system that segregated blacks, stripped them of their land and all economic opportunities.
