Did you know that Black people make up only 4% of DEI roles, while white executives control 76%? Yet, we’re often the face of DEI initiatives, doing the work without real power or benefits.

Think about your workplace—who’s leading the DEI discussions, creating the content, and doing the extra work? More often than not, it’s Black women, expected to fix corporate diversity while those in power remain unchanged.

It’s time to ask the hard questions: Are we leading real change, or just being used?
