How did we get extremely broken?

There were no therapy for us….

We find ways to cope
Any other way to heal
However there’s Jim Crow kept addin on the torture…
More psychological programs to diminish us…
I think this is violence towards our brains….

When I thought abuse
Abuse of slavery along with colonialism
I picture my people carryin lifetime hurts
Forever and they don’t realize they do…
Cos they’re desensitized….they’re used to
Being bullied by the white supremacy….
It’s another reason why we can’t come together
And fight back…it’s not an excuse but it is at the same
Time…..

I also think ignorance is part of a sickness…
