Sometimes we need to stop listenin to our hearts

Sometimes we need to stop listenin to our hearts,
Cos we make the dumbest mistakes….
We give advice to others but we don’t follow our own…
We’re hypocrites…sorry we are….
We don’t learn our lessons til it clicks…
Or not….

We do make the wrong decisions,
We turn left, right
Everywhere it goes, it’s like why are we in pain?
Do we like the pain? Do we have to endure torture
Til life becomes right? It doesn’t have to be…..

If we keep listenin to our hearts without a brain,
We’re goin to get hurt again and again….
Ignorin our intuition…we still wanna hope
For a change…we wanna stay in every delusion there is…
And that’s a problem…. We don’t want any painful
Situations become a harsh reality…we don’t…..

When are we goin to learn?
Like any kind of situation…
It could be a love relationship,
It could be a job,
It could be family or friends
Could be yourself ….

Anythin that happens in your life
Is not what you expected, somethin goes wrong
Red flags wavin in your face but you don’t see them
At all….and the real ones try to warn you but
You roll your eyes like stop it, whatever…
And oh my god, it happens all the time
When a person becomes delulu….
Especially when your dreams try to give you signs
A signal of somethin bad….

You still block that inner voice
Inside your soul….
It’s not okay…
When things finally crashed down,
Your feelings start hurtin,
You’re about to cry
You regret that you keep listenin to
Your heart all the time….
Sometimes your heart can be wrong, too…

Gaslighting
Manipulation
Only to get your heart to agree
Which is an abuse….

You see
We wanna see what we wanna see….
That’s how we learn in the most hardest way possible….
Our hearts doesn’t allow us to see the fakeness…
Fakeness makes us so blind cos we’re too busy
Daydreamin, especially when it comes to love,
Oh joy,

Love is dangerous….
We must be careful….
I’ve been there I was dumb…
I was a fool to have crushes on many heartbreakers…
And I was a heartbreaker, myself….

This is why sometimes it’s okay
Not to listen to your heart for a while….
Cos if you do, it’s goin to keep breakin
Shatterin…let it fall to the floor…
You don’t need more disappointments
Ahead….save yourself, perhaps
Take care of your heart instead
