Racism is
Nothin To laugh
About…racism
Is nothin to joke
About….

When I pen
I’m speakin from
The soul…
I’m speakin from
Our ancestors….

If I bring up
Skin color,
Onto the table
Would I be chuckled at?
Would I get look at?
Or would someone be stern with me?

Cos nobody wants to talk about race….

And this is all in the scenarios…

This is my critical thinkin….

People asked
Why everythin Is about race?
Well I’d like to say
Those colonizers created a system
That’s harm the black indigenous populations….
And the reason why white people don’t wanna
Speak about it, cos they don’t wanna feel guilty
Of what their counterparts did to the humans
Who doesn’t look like them…..

And they still do….

If we’re goin to have
Discussions on this uncomfortable subject
Don’t laugh
Don’t joke….
Racism is a serial killer, that created
Genocides……

If you wanna learn,
You have to listen
And understand what my people has to go
Through….

You can’t judge
Our trauma
Our pain
Our slave mentality….

Nobody likes the victimization
But

Black people
Are the victims of
Whiteness….
Some of us are not aware
Some of us are..
Most are so desensitized….
Actually majority

We’re so used to
Being killed
Being micromanaged
And microaggressive…
Be racially profiled and followed
Be copied
All these abuse and neglect
Like racism keep tellin
My black people
They ain’t human….
Which is not ok….

We sick and tired of
It..exhausted….

So
You think
Our blood spilled over
The World by white supremacy’s
Hands is funny…
You think our tears are
Comedy Central….

Sayin it’s dark humor…
No it’s not….

It’s not supposed to be humorous…
You’re cruel…
Universe disgrace your ugliness…
There is no sweetness in your soul….

Cos
You see no humanity
No humanness in melaninated nations….

It’s why
You think it’s hysterical
You’re actually surprised
That black folks can be human, too….

This is the reason i write
To warn my race about some
People like you who laugh so hard
When I talk about race…
I’m not tryin to be funny…
I’m serious…..

You go hahahaha
Like I’m a stand up
Yet I spit truth into fire….
And let the audience of souls burn
In ashes….

It can’t be that silly…not even a
Little bit….🤬✊🏿💯©️ Kai C. 10-23-24
