Corruption

So much
Corruption
In this world
And we turn the other
Cheek, fakin like we
Don’t see nothing….
Right?
But we do…we chose to ignore
The bs….and simply go back
To our distractions…go back to
Playin around, not givin a
Fuck…we always pay
Attention
To the wrong things, to the wrong-
Doings…

What’s the matter with us?
Where’s our brains?
Where’s our souls?
Where are our goddamn selves?

Nobody’s nobody
No common sense
Somethin is not right
With our humanity
These days….

We pray to god
Some of us don’t believe in god
Some of us meditate….
Cos

The corruption
Has fucked us up….
Has fuck us all the way up….

I adore cheesy romance

I adore cheesy romance…
I really do…
Those puppy love….
I can go on and on
It’s how i believe
So easily…

To fall in love
With all the stars in your eyes
Butterflies in your stomach
There’s nothin wrong with that…

Just gotta find a right person…
Who makes you feel this way
And the fact they wanna feel this way
About you, too…..

And yall can both have cheesy romance….
In growin old….marriage…..
With bundle of joy and grace….
You can have someone who loves to
Laugh and crack jokes
While being lovey dovey together….

To me, that’s healthy….
It’s not perfect…
Not a human is perfect….
There’s goin to be the good
And bad, it’s how we grow…
It’s ok to evolve…
Sometimes evolvement can be
A beautiful thing….
Cos you get to love the person
Even more….
The cheesy romance
Stays the same..
It doesn't go away
If it’s y’all’s thing…..

It does make love stronger,
More sweeter than ever….
It’s why I think of it as evergreen….

So
Toast to cheesy romance…
Keep it classy
Keep it private
Keep it inspire
Keep it gracefully…..
Oh keep it forever and ever…
