Dr. Umar
Was right
Black people
Are comfortable
In our oppression...
I got another point
That black people
Are desensitized to the pain
From the pain....meanin
Abuses became into
Our comfort zone....
We're still drinkin
Our own tears....
We can create our own
Suffocation to ourselves
And our own people....
We let go our anger quickly
And then we move on....
Our self hate
Our lack of respect and dignity
Grew and grew and grew
For decades
Like an empty tree....
No leaves
It never blossoms
Cos we're still hurtin ourselves
By our trauma, it runs down to
The black family to the next....

What I'm sayin is
We'll always be ok
With being slaves to
White supremacy
And the fact that we were taught
We need white people
It feels like white people has
The Resources...am I lyin?

White people
Still runs the world....
And we truly are alright
With that...we continue to ask
White people for help, when we can
Help ourselves....again
Dr. Umar
Has a point
Black people are comfortable
In our oppression...
They love their oppressors
And disregard their own community...

We couldn't come together
To build somethin....
That includes dr. Umar
He hasn't open a school for black boys
Yet...we got fears of white envy and rage
Might tore our successes..just like Black Wall Street...
It's so much mess in the black race...
The mess still lingers....and we keep fallin
Apart.

Black people
Has internalize
Our oppression like
We can't do anythin about it
And it's goin to stay like this forever...
We can't fight back
We can't be angry....
Too many of us have fallen in love with
Our oppressors....
many of us are ok to be a token black friend
And get mistreated....believin in yourself like
You're an animal...you truly think you ain't a
Human being...and white people are superior
And other bull shit...

You let your inferiority complex
Come out on the table only to
Make a white man feel at ease...
The worst part about it is
That our black people become
More like white people everyday...
Stockholm syndrome got the best of us
Our black souls got caught in the web of
PTSD....it's not an excuse, but we
The black people are too sick...
Discipline is nonexistent....

And racism has made us that way....
Racism is slavery
Racism is colonization
Racism is European creation
Racism is their eugenic survival...
Racism doesn't belong to melaninated hands...
And other races besides white people who treated
Black nations like shit as well...

Other races build their own communities together
They stick to one another as a group, speakin codes
What do black people do?
They're hurtin themselves and their own....
And it's really sad....

We're way too comfortable in our oppression....
Our oppression is like a comfortin blanket...
It's like a baby pacifier to suck on..

It's the truth...😢💔🤬✊🏿💯©️ Kai C. 9-30-24

Transforme sua Alimentação: Dicas de Nutricionista para uma Vida Mais Saudável | #nutricionista e médico

This is not an endorsement of one candidate or the other. There really is a lesser of two evils... One at this point, is STRICTLY running on objectifying and subjugating people of color, targeting them as scapegoats, creating an open season for violence directed at US! Much like most of you, I'm sufficiently armed to protect my family and property. But where do you draw the line on which candidate can IMMEDIATELY impact your personal safety and family's well-being? One thing is for certain, both are running to make history; one to stay out of jail, the other to become the first female POTUS...
