Micromanagement

I’ve seen
Many people
Tellin others what to do….
And it makes them uncomfortable….
Like you’re in an unsafe space
Filled with strangers
Who wants to take advantage of
You…wants to capitalize you…..
Think about
Workin for the devil….
Right? And he tells you what
To do you never want to do
What he said then force you
Force your doin….

I mean that’s how he
Got strength his power
From your essence from
Your soul…he drained you out
Cos you let him…he made you
Drain deep you’re an empty
Spirit walkin around the earth
In black stained tears….

This is a micromanagement
That puts hollows in your life
You can’t stand up for yourself?
Why can’t you get your power back?
Your self respect and dignity, is it all gone?

This shouldn’t happen….
This should never happen…
At all…
