Nobody wants to talk about the real winning formula but it is eat less work more. Way more. Do a lot of cardio. Two of the best points in my life were when I was training kung fu like a Shaolin monk, and the other time is when I started running 20 miles per week. Both had a huge impact. In fact I could damn near eat Cake and Candy all day and not gain weight.🤣🤣
