тЭдMake a flour and season batter. Put one cup of flour in a bowl (more or less depending on how much cauliflower you're using). Then add as much seasoning as you like. The more the better. Then add water or plant-based milk to the flour and season mixture. Start with 1/4 cup. Add more water or plant-based milk as needed. You want the batter to be thick but not too thick. But definitely not too thin.
тЭдThen coat your cauliflower in the batter, then coat the battered cauliflower in panko crumbs or bread crumbs. Then fry them for about 5 to 6 minutes or until theyтАЩre golden brown.
