In order to become a master you must first be a seeker. In the end the Greatest master is within one's own self! I'm not up for debate are drama neither disrespect. The African man and woman is by nature the strongest minds and physical bodies ever created those are facts! (TRUTH) Comprehension is the ability to understand what one reads. It's like art, a movie, or reading a book. Everyone doesn't see it the same way. It should be where even a child can understand it. It's called conversation. Each one can teach one.

Please research before you post facts. Opinion is okay but everything you hear are read is not always Truth. I don't post what I do not know are understand without knowledge of it. I retired in the medical field after almost 50 years. I have also PhD's and no that doesn't make me more intelligent than you. I'm older than many of you but that doesn't make me wiser. However, never do I belittle anyone. I have no ego to bruise. There is no arrogance in me!
